Visiting the website
We run this website as a static website with Cloudflare Pages. When you open the site, Cloudflare processes technical connection data so it can deliver and cache the requested page and protect it against attacks. This data may include your IP address, the requested URL, the date and time, browser and device information, referrer, HTTP status and technical request identifiers.
Cloudflare processes some data as our data processor and some for its own purposes, such as protecting and operating its network. More information is available in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy and the Cloudflare Data Processing Addendum. Cloudflare may process data outside the European Economic Area. The contracts listed above describe the safeguards used for this.
The legal basis for delivering and securing the website is our legitimate interest in a secure, stable and functional online presence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare and we retain technical data only as long as needed for these purposes, the relevant contract terms and legal duties. The exact retention period depends on the Cloudflare services used and their settings.
As far as we know, we do not use our own web analytics services, advertising pixels or tracking scripts on this website. The post search runs in your browser. Search terms are not sent to our server.
You can use the Etsy Tag Generator on some post pages. If you choose the function to paste from the clipboard, your browser reads the tags you paste from the clipboard. The tags are processed locally in your browser and are not sent to us. The copy function writes the text you generated to the clipboard.
Contact by email or phone
If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we process the information you provide to answer your request and, where applicable, prepare or carry out steps before or under a contract.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your request relates to a contract or steps before entering into one. In other cases, we process the data based on our legitimate interest in handling requests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the information once your request has been handled and no legal retention duty or other legitimate reason requires us to keep it.
When you send an email or make a call, the data needed for this is transmitted through the communication services you and we use. The WhatsApp Privacy Policy also applies to WhatsApp. We do not embed WhatsApp in the website. A connection to WhatsApp is made only when you select the WhatsApp link.
Booking an appointment through TidyCal
The appointment booking link leads to TidyCal, a service operated by Sumo Group Inc. We do not embed this service in the website. A connection to TidyCal is made only when you select the link. If you book an appointment there, TidyCal processes the booking data you enter. We receive the data needed to prepare for and hold the appointment.
This processing serves to arrange or hold a conversation and is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or, if no contractual relationship is being prepared, on our legitimate interest in organising appointments (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). TidyCal is operated by the US company Sumo Group Inc. According to TidyCal, data may be transferred to other countries. More information is available in the TidyCal Privacy Policy and the TidyCal Data Processing Agreement.
Affiliate and redirect links
Some links in our posts are affiliate links. If you use an offer through one of these links, we may receive a commission. This does not add to your costs.
Some of these links redirect through the yprgs.de domain. The redirect service Dub receives technical data about the request and click, such as the IP address, browser information, referrer, link opened and time. For the Billbee links we checked, the redirect sets either the dub_id_yprgs.de_billbee or dub_id_yprgs.de_billbee-preis cookie for one hour, depending on the link. It is used to attribute the click to a partner referral. Dub provides the redirect; Dub names Vercel as a hosting subprocessor.
More information is available in the Dub Privacy Policy, the Dub Data Processing Addendum and the list of Dub subprocessors. Dub names Vercel in the USA as a hosting subprocessor. According to Dub's DPA, data is processed in the USA and other countries. For required transfers to third countries, Dub refers to appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses. After you are redirected to the destination provider, its privacy rules apply.
The click data is processed to attribute partner referrals and possible commissions. This is based on our legitimate interest in correctly settling these referrals (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You may object to this processing for reasons arising from your particular situation. The cookie is set on yprgs.de and is not read by this website. The cookie lasts for one hour. The retention period for click data depends on the Dub account settings and applicable contract and retention periods.
Your rights
Subject to the legal requirements, you have the right to access, correct and erase your personal data, and to restrict its processing. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. If processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to data portability.
